I and my health practitioner had been struggling for months, almost since the beginning of 2025, for a major HMO Health Insurance company to recognize the services provided and pay the practitioner. Both she, in-network with such HMO for many years, and I, paying a steep premium and which clearly included the service in question, had resubmitted claims and pursued appeals for months, to no avail.
